Official Rules for Metromint Giro di San Francisco Sweepstakes
1. No purchase necessary to enter. 2. Open only to legal residents of the following California counties: San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, and Santa Clara. 3. To enter the Sweepstakes text your e-mail address to 55022 or register online at www.metromint.com. Entries are limited to one per person. Entry into the Sweepstakes will be considered registration into the Metromint Fan Club and registrants may be contacted via e-mail. Winners will not obtain cash or other substitute for prizes, or transfer prizes. Winners shall be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes. 4. The winners will be selected via a random drawing. There will be six winners of one Marin Pioneer Trail mountain bike, cash value approximately ($359) and no one is eligible to win more than one bicycle. 5. The winners will be chosen at random from among all the eligible entires received during the applicable sweepstakes period (August 1, 2007-September 3, 2007). Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone. Any winner who does not respond to the prize notification within 2 weeks of receipt will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and another winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of participants in the sweepstakes. Only one prize will be awarded per household. 6. Employees of Soma Beverage Company, LLC and Marin Bikes, California and their respective parent, affiliates and subsidiary companies and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 7. Sponsors and Related Companies expressly disclaim any responsibility and liability for lost entries and for injury and loss to any person or property relating to delivery and use or misuse of the prizes awarded. 8. Sponsors and Related Companies are not responsible for lost entry forms. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this sweepstakes as solely determined by the judges will be disqualified. If disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate player’s eligibility to participate for any of the above abuses. 9. All decisions of Soma Beverage Company, LLC relating to the sweepstakes are final. 10. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable laws apply. 11.
