Swimming provides a great balance to my often hectic life! While it's definitely a wonderful way to stay in shape it's taught me so much: how to prioritize, nutrition, time management, leadership, responsibility and most importantly, how to be serious about my sport but have a fun time doing it! One of my most rewarding aspects is learning and traveling. I'm inspired as much by all of the people I meet. I'm always learning new techniques by watching kids, teenagers and adults practice & compete. Swimming is a life long sport and I’m always evolving as a swimmer. I love traveling nationally & internationally for my sport – learning about new cultures and embracing the familiar ones.
