| Career Highlight: | Played ice hockey since I was six years old: |
| Greatest Life Accomplishment: | Creating a scholarship in the memory of my mom in her name to help nursing students at a local college and being able to substitute teach in the elementary school that is named after her. |
| How I got involved: | I am currently involved in my community by participating in numerous community events around Las Vegas. I volunteer each year for the holiday fundraiser spectacular special at Opportunity Village, an organization that specializes in helping those with mental and physical handicaps. I also volunteer at running events around Las Vegas as well as offering free personal training with certain running events in the community. I have been involved in the community in any way that is helpful for the last nine years. I am also involved in my church by offering my services at fundraisers as well as church events. |
| Inspiration: | My mother has been my inspiration to fly high and make a difference in my life. She taught me never to give up and always be there for the less fortunate in the community. My mother also taught me how to influence others by teaching them how they can believe in themselves. She is and always will be my greatest inspiration. |
| Cause Related/Green Planet Efforts: | I go green by using the least amount of car energy as possible to travel around the town. I love running and will either walk or jog to many places that I need to go. I will try to walk to the grocery store each time I get groceries and try to run or bike to the gym to perform my workouts. |
