Getting drafted in the brand new United Regions Basketball League (URBL) and also helping pioneer a basketball program at my college. Also helping my 10-11 yr old girls' softball team reach their first ever zone playoff appearance in 2007. At the time, they were 8 and 9 yrs old.

Greatest Life Accomplishment:

Getting my Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) in Professional Accounting at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio.

How I got involved:

I have been playing basketball since I was 8 years old but lost passion for the sport early on. In college, I had a newfound love for the game, which caused me to work harder at playing at a high level. As far as coaching softball, it was brought to my attention that my friend's niece was on a team that needed a coach. I volunteered for the task and got the job almost immediately, and love every second of it!!! I want to try it at a High School level.

Inspiration:

Jesus, my family, my girlfriend, my goddaughter, and MY GIRLS!!!!!!

How I conserve resources:

My family uses a recycle bin for cans and plastics and I utilize that as much as possible.

Favorite Metromint:
How I discovered Metromint:

A co-worker of mine uses it as refreshment for her weekend massage therapy classes and brought samples to work. The first flavor I had was Orangemint. I didn’t like it at first, but I kept it at my desk until the next day. Something told me to try it again, and for some reason it stood out more to me. I ended up buying 3 of each!!!
