Official Rules for Metromint 7 Case Giveaway
1. No purchase necessary to enter. 2. Open only to legal residents of the United States. 3. To enter Sweepstakes submit entry form on-line at http://www.metromint.com/7casegiveaway. Entries are limited to one per person. Winner will not obtain cash or other substitute for prizes or transfer prizes. 4. There will be one (1) winner, cash value of seven (7) cases of Metromint approximately ($266). 5. The winner will be chosen at random from among all the eligible entries received during the applicable sweepstakes period (Sept 1, 2010-Sept 30, 2010). One (1) winner will be selected on October 1 and notified by e-mail. Any winner who does not respond to the prize notification within 5 days of receipt will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and another winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of participants in the sweepstakes. 6. Employees of Soma Beverage Company, LLC and their respective parent, affiliates and subsidiary companies and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 7. Sponsors and Related Companies expressly disclaim any responsibility and liability for lost entries and for injury and loss to any person or property relating to delivery and use or misuse of the prizes awarded. 8. Sponsors and Related Companies are not responsible for form technical errors. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by the judges will be disqualified. If disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate player’s eligibility to participate for any of the above abuses. 9. All decisions of Soma Beverage Company, LLC relating to the Sweepstakes are final. 10. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable laws apply. 11.
