Official Rules for Metromint Lindsay Tarpley Soccer Ball Promotion
1. No purchase necessary to enter. 2. Open only to legal residents of the United States. 3. To enter Sweepstakes submit entry form by mail to Soma Beverage Company, LLC, PO Box 885462, San Francisco, CA 94188 or register on-line at http://www.metromint.com/soccercontest. Entries are limited to one per person. Winners will not obtain cash or other substitute for prizes or transfer prizes. Winners shall be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes. 4. The winners will be selected via a random drawing. There will be 100 winners cash value approximately ($12) and no one is eligible to win more than soccer ball. 5. The winners will be chosen at random from among all the eligible entries received during the applicable sweepstakes period (May 12, 2008-June 6, 2008). Winners will be notified by e-mail. Any winner who does not respond to the prize notification within 2 weeks of receipt will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and another winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of participants in the sweepstakes. Only one prize will be awarded per household. 6. Employees of Soma Beverage Company, LLC and their respective parent, affiliates and subsidiary companies and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 7. Sponsors and Related Companies expressly disclaim any responsibility and liability for lost entries and for injury and loss to any person or property relating to delivery and use or misuse of the prizes awarded. 8. Sponsors and Related Companies are not responsible for lost entry forms. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this sweepstakes as solely determined by the judges will be disqualified. If disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate player’s eligibility to participate for any of the above abuses. 9. All decisions of Soma Beverage Company, LLC relating to the sweepstakes are final. 10. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable laws apply. 11.
